In this study we explored the preparation process of Yangyin Qingyan Powder.The optimal drying process was determined with the harpagoside content and the comprehensive score of water-soluble extract as the indexes,and the optimal mixing process was investigated with the uniformity of harpagoside content as the index.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows:drying at 60 ℃ under normal pressure for 3 h,mixed comminu-tion,and machine mixing for 30 min.The process is reasonable with stable product quality,which can be used as the preparation process of Yangyin Qingyan Powder.
