TLC identification of Lysimachia paridiformis var.stenophylla and analysis of its chemical composition
In this study we established a thin-layer chromatography(TLC)identification method for Lysimachia pariformis var.stenophylla Franch.,and analyzed the differences in components of Lysimachia pariformis var.steno-phylla of different batches and parts,so as to provide a basis for its quality identification and resource utilization.U-sing quercetin and kaempferol as reference substances, the TLC qualitative identification method was established ac-cording to the general rule 0502 in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume Ⅳ),and the chemical composition of dif-ferent parts of 21 batches of samples from of Guizhou were analyzed. The 21 batches of L.pariformis var.stenophylla had spots in different parts with the same position as the reference substances and different fluorescence intensity, and the spots were round, clear and without interference. The fluorescence intensity was mainly expressed as leaf>whole grass>stem>root. The method is simple, reproducible, durable, extensive and accurate, and can be used for the quality identification of L.pariformis var.stenophylla.The types and contents of compounds contained in different batches and parts of L.pariformis var.stenophylla may be different, and their activity differences can be further ex-plored.The results of this experiment can provide data support for the quality control of L.pariformis var.stenophylla and the rational utilization of its resources.
