This paper explores how to utilize the ArcGIS Addin plug-in to rapidly eliminate pseudo-changing spots through manual intervention on the basis of the automatic identification of suspected illegal spots by Al tech-nology,so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of illegal land use monitoring.Through research and practice,the development of an ArcGIS Addin plug-in based on Visual Studio 2012 is proposed,which enables the rapid screening and result processing of suspected illegal spots.
