Microstructure and mechanical properties of 211Z.1 aluminum alloy
This study mainly carried out metal type casting processing and mechanical property testing on 211Z.1 aluminum alloy.The experimental results show that the prepared casting bars are smooth and free of casting defects.After the T5 heat treatment process,its average tensile strength reached 349.8 MPa,the elongation after breakage was 21.3%,and the Brinell hardness was 100,showing excellent mechanical properties.Through techniques such as optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),an in-depth analysis of the microstructure of the alloy was conducted,and the impact of microstructure on the mechanical properties of the alloy was explored.The results of this study can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the application of 211Z.1 alumi-num alloy in the engineering field and future material design.
