Study and verification of the preparation technology of Yishen Jietou Mixture
In this study we optimized the preparation technology of Yishen Jietou Mixture and verified its feasibili-ty.With the chlorogenic acid content as the index,and the solid-liquid ratio,decocting time and decocting times as the factors,the L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.The reliability of the process con-ditions was verified by verification tests.The optimum preparation technology was as follows:steeping for 0.5 hour with a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10,extracting twice with water for 1 hour each time,mixing the filtrates,concentra-ting under atmospheric pressure to about 800 mL,adding 0.5 g ethylparaben,performing refined filtration,and adding purified water to 1000 mL.The preparation process is feasible and reasonable,and can be used as the prepa-ration process of Yishen Jietou Mixture.
