Comparative study on typical treatment processes of garbage percolate nanofil-tration concentrate
The conventional treatment method for garbage percolate is biochemical treatment combined with nano-filtration,during which the nanofiltration system produces a concentrated solution of 15%to 30%water volume. The main characteristics of the nanofiltration concentrate are high concentration of refractory organic matter, high to-tal hardness, and high sulfate concentration, making it difficult to treat. This article studies two types of nanofiltration concentrate treatment processes, one is a zero-discharge process and the other is a standard discharge process. This article elucidates the principles, design parameters, treatment effects, investment, and operating costs of the two processes, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of both processes, and provides a basis for the design and opti-mization of the treatment process for garbage percolate nanofiltration concentrate.
