摘要
为了选择马铃薯合适亲本,提高其杂交效率,对14份马铃薯亲本的花粉活力用1%的醋酸洋红染色法进行了检测,结果显示:14份亲本材料中,有8份亲本的花粉活力高于50%,适合做父本;有6份亲本花粉活力低于50%,不宜作父本.
Abstract
The pollen activity of 14 potato parents was detected by 1% aceto-carmine staining method to select the suitable potato parents for raising the hybrid efficiency. The results showed that the pollen activity of 8 potato parents in 14 potato parents was above 50%, which can be used as male parents, and other 6 potato parents with lower pollen activity can not be used as male parents.
