苯醚甲环唑在苹果和土壤中的残留动态及安全性评价

为探明苯醚甲环唑在苹果上的残留特性和使用安全性,通过田间试验和室内检测,研究了苯醚甲环唑在苹果及土壤中的残留动态及最终残留量.结果表明:苯醚甲环唑在苹果和土壤中的半衰期分别为7.1~10.3d和11.0~14.1d.苯醚甲环唑10%可湿性粉剂66.67mg(a.i)/kg、100mg(a.i)/kg,施药4~5次,末次施药后7d收获的苹果中苯醚甲环唑残留量均低于0.5mg/kg.推荐该药在苹果上的安全间隔期为7d.
Residue Dynamics and Safety Evaluation of Difenoconazole in Apple and Soil
A field experiment and laboratory testing were conducted to reveal residual degradation dynamics and the final residues of difenoconazole in apple and soil. The results showed that the half-life of difenoconazole in apple and soil were 7. L~10. 3 d and 11. 0 ~ 14. Id respectively. When the apple was sprayed 4-~ 5 times with 66. 67 mg a. I. /kg and 100 mg a. I. /kg difenoconazole 10% WP, the last application was done 7d before harvesting, the residue of difenoconazole in the harvested apple was lower than 0. 5 mg/kg. It was demonstrating that the preharvest interval of difenoconazole on apple was 7 d.
