枳种子萌发过程中生理指标的变化

为枳的栽培、保护和繁殖提供科学依据,使其更好地服务于柑橘产业的发展,测定了枳种子萌发过程中部分生理指标的动态变化.结果表明:种子萌发期间,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性整体表现出逐渐升高的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈逐渐下降趋势,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量先升高再降低,α-淀粉酶活性呈总体上升趋势.
Changes of Physiological Indexes in Seed Germination of Poncirus trifoliat
To provide scientific references for cultivation, preservation and propagation of P. Trifoliate, and serve the development of citrus industry preferably. The dynamic changes of . Physiological indexes of P. Trifoliat during seed germination were determined. The results showed that during seed germination of P. Trifoliate, the activity of SOD, POD and CAT increased gradually. The content of MDA decreased gradually. The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased first and then decreased. The activity of cramylase showed an increasing tendency as a whole.
