我国省区能源消费配置及节能潜力分析

摘要
为提高我国能源的利用效率,利用参数对比法等,对国内各省(市、区)能源消费配置及节能潜力进行了比较分析.结果表明:能源效率绝对趋同条件下,各省(市、区)能源消费明显偏离经济产出,相当多的省(市、区)消耗了较多的能源而产出却相对较少,该条件下各省(市、区)在第一二三产业均具有相当的节能潜力.能源效率相对趋同条件下,东部地区北京市总体能源效率最高,河北省最低,河北的总体节能潜力达63.05%;中部地区江西的总体能源效率最高,山西的能源效率最低,节能潜力达62.78%;西部地区广西的总体能源效率最高,宁夏能源效率最低,宁夏的总体节能潜力达69.40%.经济发展水平较高的东南沿海地区能源利用效率较高,而高耗能行业所占比重较高的内陆省份能源效率普遍偏低.
Abstract
In order to raise the efficiency of energy utilization, parameter contrast method was used to analyze the allocation of energy consumption among provinces and energy saving potential. The results showed that the energy consumption of many provinces didn't fit local economic output under the same energy efficiency. In east China,the energy efficiency was the highest in Beijingi which was the lowest in Hebei province and the energy saving potential reached 63. 05% in Hebei Province. In middle China, the energy efficiency was the highest in Jiangxi Province, which was the lowest in Shanxi Province and the energy saving potential reached 62. 78% in Shanxi Province. In west China, the energy efficiency was the highest in Guangxi Province, which was the lowest in Ningxia Province and the energy saving potential reached 69. 40% in Ningxia Province. In southern coastal area which had high economic development level, the energy efficiency was higher, but the energy efficiency was generally low in the inland provinces' high energy dissipation industries of which accounted for high proportions.
