Effects of Vinasse Organic Fertilizers on Sorghum Yield and Quality
A field experiment was conducted to explore the effects of five different kinds of vinasse organic fertilizers so as to provide a theoretical basis for sorghum production with high yield and good quality. The results showed that compared with the control, five different treatments of vinasse organic fertilizer could all significantly change the concentration of soil nutrients, and treatment 3 made soli nutrient decrease obviously from panicle differentiation stage to mature stage. In the ear differentiation period, the sorghum plant heights of treatment 1? were higher than the control by 34 cm, 43 cm, 23 cm, 27 cm and 20 cm respectively. The yield of treatment 1 was the highest(306. 2 kg/667m2), 31. 14% higher than CK. The sorghum starch content, amylopectin content and protein content in sorghum of the five treatments were all increased to various extent.
