水稻矮秆突变体1282和1287的特征特性

摘要
为了给1282和1287水稻矮秆突变体的综合利用提供参考,于2011年11月-2012年4月在海南三亚对两突变体的生物学特性和农艺性状进行观察.结果表明:1282和1287突变体的株高分别为40.39 cm和37.58 cm,具有生长整齐、植株挺拔,叶色浓绿,叶鞘紫色,穗形一般,无包颈,粒型细长,颖淡黄色,稃尖紫色,有效分蘖数多,颖花开颖角度较小,结实率较高等特性.1282和1287水稻矮秆突变体的利用前景较好.
Abstract
In order to provide a reference for comprehensively using the dwarf rice mutants 1282 and 1287, the biological characteristics and agronomic traits of 1282 and 1287 were observed during November 2011 -April 2012 in Sanya, Hainan. The results showed that the plant heights of 1282 and 1287 are 40. 39 cm and 37. 58 cm respectively. And there are some representative biological characteristics and agronomic traits from 1282 and 1287, such as order growth, upright plants, dark green leaves, purple sheaths, ordinary panicle type, non-sheathed panicle, slender grain shape, light yellow glumes, purple glume tip, high effective panicles, small tension angle of floret, relatively higher seed setting rate and so on. In conclusion, the prospects of utilizing 1282 and 1287 are satisfactory from their characteristics.
