白及叶绿素荧光特性的春季动态变化

为了对珍稀药用植物白及的人工栽培提供理论依据,利用 PAM-2500对其叶绿素荧光特性在春季的动态变化进行了研究。结果表明:白及的荧光参数在春季的3个月中变化趋势基本一致,不同月份间存在显著性差异(P <0.05),且均以5月份的各值最大,4月份次之,3月份最小;其中,最大荧光(Fm)与光化学效率(Fv/Fm)在春季的日变化趋势一致,均呈先下降后上升的趋势;表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)呈先上升后下降趋势。
Chlorophyl l Fluorescence Characteristics Variation of Bleti l la striata in Spring
The chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics variation of rare medicinal plants Bletilla striata in spring were studied by using PAM-2500 to provide a theoretical reference for artificial cultivation of B.striata.The results showed that fluorescence parameters of B.striata had the same change trend in the three months of spring,significantly differences existed in the three months(P <0.05),and basically, values of fluorescence parameters in May>April>March.Trends of Fm and Fv/Fm in spring were similar to each other,which decreased first and then increased;ETR first increased and then decreased.
