半夏块茎腐烂病原细菌拮抗菌的分离与鉴定

为促进贵州半夏发展绿色种植,采用平板稀释法和平板对峙培养法从贵州省不同地区采集的土壤样品中筛选对半夏块茎腐烂病病原菌具有较强拮抗效果的生防菌株,结合形态学观察、生理生化检测和16S rRNA序列分析对其进行鉴定。结果表明:采集土样中共分离得到270株细菌,从中筛选到1株有较强拮抗活性的细菌HM9-1,其对块茎腐烂病病原菌胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌胡萝卜软腐亚种的抑菌圈直径达2。4 cm。经鉴定,该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌。
Isolation and Identification of Antagonistic Bacteria against Pectobacterium carotovorum in Pinelia ternate
The biocontrol strains with more strong antagonistic effects on P.carotovorum of P.ternate were screened from soil samples of various regions in Guizhou by plate dilution and plate confront culture methods and then the isolated strains were identified by morphological observation, physiological and biochemical detection and 16S rPNA sequence analysis to promote green cultivation of P.ternate in Guizhou.Results: 270 bacteria strains are isolated and a strain, HM9-1 with more strong antagonistic effect, is screened from 270 bacteria stains.HM9-1 strain with 2.4 cm of inhibition zone against P.carotovorum is identified as B.megatherium.
