巨菌草不同生长时间的常规营养成分及氨基酸含量测定

为了解巨菌草不同生长时间的营养变化规律,分别在生长90 d、130 d、170 d和210 d时进行取样,测定其常规营养成分及氨基酸含量.结果表明:粗蛋白含量在90 d时最高,为9.19%,并随生长时间的延长极显著下降(P<0.01);粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量均随生长时间的延长而增加,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量90 d、130 d均与170 d和210 d间差异极显著(P<0.01),而170 d与210 d中性洗涤纤维间差异显著、酸性洗涤纤维间差异不显著(P>0.05);无氮浸出物含量随生长时间延长变化差异不大(P>0.05).总氨基酸含量随生长时间的延长而下降,在90 d时总氨基酸含量最高,为7.069%;总氨基酸/粗蛋白、总必需氨基酸/总氨基酸均呈现高-低-高变化趋势.
Determination of Routine Nutritional Ingredients and Amino Acid Contents of Jujuncao During Different Growth Stages
To understand the dynamic variation of nutrition and amino acid of different growth stages of Jujuncao,the contents of routine nutritional ingredients and amino acid were determined at the growth stages of 90 d,130 d,170 d and 210 d.Results:Crude protein(CP) content reached the highest(9.19%) after 90 days growth and decreased significantly (P<0.01) with the growth stage prolonging;The content of crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acidic detergent fiber(ADF) increased with the growth stage prolonging;The content of NDF and ADF both in 90 days and 130 days were significantly different(P<0.01) with 170 days and 210 days,the content between 170 days and 210 days was significantly different for NDF but not significantly different(P>0.05) for ADF.The content of total amino acids in 90 days was 7.069% and reduced with the growth stage prolonging,both of TAA/CP and TEAA/TAA were of high-low-high change trend.
