L.barbarum var.implicatum is a new variety of Lycium barbarum,and is also an excellent shrub for the improvement of saline alkali land and ecological restoration.In order to develop the wild Chinese wolfberry resources and accelerate the propagation rate of hard branch cutting of L.barbarum var.implicatum,experiments were conducted to explore the seedling effects of six kinds of different ABT-6 concentrations of quick dipping branches of L.barbarum var.implicatum hard-cutting.Results:The survival rate of L.barbarum var.implicatum treated with 400 mg/L ABT-6 reached the highest,82.33 ％;The new-shoot and new-root number were enhanced obviously by 400 mg/L ABT-6,to achieve 6.6 individuals/strain and 8.9 individuals/strain respectively,significantly higher than other treatments.The new-shoot and new-root length were also enhanced very significantly by 400 mg/L ABT-6,to achieve 39.6 cm and 29.8 cm separately.With 400 mg/L ABT-6 rooting agent quick dipping branches of hardcutting L.barbarum var.implicatum in the production,can significantly improve the survival rate,promote the growth of roots and branches,and to speed up the breeding.
