Occurrence Regularity of Myzus persicae and Aphid-transmitted Virus in Zhenyuan County, Guizhou
The Myzus persicae base and occurrence regularity of migration of winged aphid,M.persicae and natural enemy, and damage condition of aphid-transmitted virus (PVY+CMV) were studied by 10-point checkerboard sampling, yellow vessel and 5-point sampling methods to provide a reference for the efficient prevention mechanism and integrated control of M.persicae in Zhenyuan tobacco cultivation region. Results:Total M.persicae number in rape plants is the maximum in local overwintering hosts and the mean value is 18.44/plant.The migration of winged aphids shows a bimodal pattern. The population dynamics of wingless aphids presents a unimodal pattern and the occurrence peak is in May and June, which indicates that M.persicae control in tobacco fields should be conducted from the middle ten days of May to the first ten days of June.
