Status Quo of Sweet Potato Industry and Its Development Countermeasures in Jiangxi Province
According to the status quo of Jiangxi sweet potato industry development,the existing problems such as lack of quality special varieties,unsound seedling breeding system,short processing industry chain and low value-added products were pointed out;Countermeasures including increasing investment for higher level of industrial in science and technology,strengthening the construction of farmer specialized organizations and industry association for more optimal industrial structure,cultivation of leading enterprises for integrated industry were proposed in order to provide a reference to ensure the sustainable development of Jiangxi sweet potato production.
