Design and Application of mart Agrometeorological APP Platform in Sichuan Province
[Objective]An intelligent agrometeorological App platform was developed to meet the personalized,refined,convenient and intelligent agricultural requirements,which provided technical support for modern accurate agrometeorological services in Sichuan Province[Method]Based on APICloud development platform,the Sichuan smart agrometeorological APP("Sichuan e Nong")platform has been developed by Java,HTML5,CSS3,technologies of big data collection and analysis,user perceptions of intelligence,Al intelligent recognition,intelligent and precise targeted push of service information.[Result]"Sichuan e Nong"APP has realized functions such as matching user needs with meteorological information,automatic generation of meteorological service products,intelligent identification of crop pests and diseases,personalized management of farmland,and accurate meteorological services for crops and breeding varieties 6 660 users from Sichuan Province has registered the App,of which 5 918 are new agricultural business entities,accounting for 79.1%of the new agricultural business entities in the province.21 cities and prefectures in the province have completed localization work on the platform,and there are more than 10 000 photos of field bulletins in APP.[Conclusion]"Sichuan e Nong"APP has functions of weather forecasting,intelligent identification of pests and diseases,farmland management,agricultural product certification and traceability,meteorological service for aquatic products,expert interaction,supply and demand price,disaster prevention and relief and so on.It provides"one-to-one"smart meteorological services for new agricultural business entities,agriculture-related experts,and large-scale farmers and breeders."Sichuan e Nong"APP has been widely used in the three-level meteorological and agricultural departments in Sichuan Province and effectively improved the intelligent level of meteorological services for agriculture.
