高产直立型芸豆新品种冀张芸2号的选育与应用研究

[目的]选育优质高产常规芸豆品种,满足市场对优质高产芸豆品种的需求.[方法]张家口市农业科学院以美国优异资源芸豆 15-3-9为母本,坝上红芸豆为父本,进行杂交配制组合,后代采用系谱法成功选育出优质高产芸豆新品种冀张芸2号(2021年进行成果评价,评价号:张科开评字[2021]第63号).[结果]冀张芸 2号在 2016-2017年张家口市区域试验中,2年平均产量 2049.31 kg/hm2,比对照品种(英国红)增产 10.55%;生产鉴定试验的平均产量为 1 903.83 kg/hm2,比对照品种(英国红)增产 11.21%.冀张芸2号干籽粒粗蛋白含量 28.64%,粗脂肪含量 1.21%,粗淀粉含量 43.58%.[结论]冀张芸 2号属于高蛋白芸豆品种,优质高产、粒大颗匀、商品性好、抗旱耐瘠、抗病性强、广适性好,适宜冀北及山西、内蒙等类似生态区种植.
Breeding of a New Kidney Bean Variety Jizhangyun 2 with High Yield and Erect Type and Its Application
[Objective]The study aimed to breed high-quality and high-yield conventional kidney bean varieties to meet the current market demand for high-quality and yield kidney beans.[Method]Jizhangyun 2,a new kidney bean variety with high-quality and yield,was successfully bred by Zhangjiakou Academy of Agricultural Sciences through crossing American excellent resource kidney bean 15-3-9(female parent)and Bashang red kidney bean(male parent)based on pedigree method.The achievement evaluation was conducted in 2021,and the evaluation number was Zhangkekaipingzi[2021]No.63.[Result]The two-year average yield of Jizhangyun 2 in the regional trial of Zhangjiakou from 2016 to 2017 was 2 049.31 kg/hm2,with an increase of 10.55%compared with CK(Yingguohong).The two-year average yield of Jizhangyun 2 in the production experiment was 1 903.83 kg/hm2,which increased by 11.21%compared with CK(Yingguohong).Jizhangyun 2 had a crude protein content of 28.64%,crude fat content of 1.21%,and crude starch content of 43.58%in dry seeds.[Conclusion]Jizhangyun 2 is a high protein kidney bean variety with high quality and yield,large and uniform grains,good commodity,drought and barren resistance,strong disease resistance and good adaptability,which is suitable for planting in Northern Hebei,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and other similar ecological areas.
