[目的]探明海南樱桃番茄的果实品质、土壤养分、肥料投入量及其关系,为海南樱桃番茄生产提供理论依据.[方法]采用调查与采样测定分析结合的方法,选取海南樱桃番茄主产区 40个代表性田块进行樱桃番茄果实品质、土壤养分和肥料投入量研究分析.[结果]海南樱桃番茄果实品质间存在较大差异,其中,单果重、横径、纵径、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量和糖酸比分别为 5.22~20.10 g、19.72~30.21 mm、20.47~35.84 mm、1.20~3.90 kg/cm2、6.20%~10.00%、26.97~56.33 mg/100g、4.03%~7.60%、0.35%~0.68%和 7.79~19.19.海南樱桃番茄主产区土壤属于弱酸性至中性,有机质、全氮、交换性钙和交换性镁含量偏低,速效钾含量较丰富,有效磷含量过高,有机肥投入严重不足,化肥投入过多,氮磷钾投入比例失衡.土壤有机质含量与果实纵径呈极显著正相关,土壤全氮含量与果实横径和果实纵径分别呈显著和极显著正相关,有效磷、速效钾含量与果实可滴定酸呈显著正相关.有机肥施用量与樱桃番茄单果重、横径、纵径均呈极显著正相关;化肥总用量和化肥N用量均与樱桃番茄可溶性糖含量呈负相关;化肥P2O5 用量与樱桃番茄可溶性糖含量和糖酸比均呈极显著负相关.[结论]海南樱桃番茄主产区应增施有机肥,减少化肥用量,调整氮磷钾养分投入比例,有利于提升樱桃番茄品质.
Relationship Between Fruit Quality of Cherry Tomato and Soil Nutrient and Fertilizer Inputs in Hainan
[Objective]It aimed to study fruit quality of cherry tomato,fertilizer inputs and soil nutrient content in Hainan and their relationships,which provided theoretical basis for production of Hainan cherry tomato.[Method]Through method of survey combined with sampling and determination,40 representative fields from the main production area of cherry tomatoes in Hainan were chosen to study the fruit quality,soil nutrients and fertilizer inputs.[Result]There were great differences in quality of Hainan cherry tomatoes.The single fruit weight,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,firmness,soluble solid contents,vitamin C content,soluble sugar content,titratable acid content and sugar-acid ratio were respectively 5.22-20.10 g,19.72-30.21 mm,20.47-35.84 mm,1.20-3.90 kg/cm2,6.20%-10.00%,26.97-56.33 mg/100g,4.03%-7.60%,0.35%-0.68%and 7.79-19.19.The soil of main cherry tomato planting areas in Hainan ranged from weakly acidic to neutral.The content of organic matter,total nitrogen,exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium were at low levels,while the available potassium content was at high level,and available phosphorous was at an extremely high level.The organic fertilizer input was seriously insufficient,but chemical fertilizer input was excessive,and the ratio of NPK fertilizer was unbalanced.There was extremely significantly positive correlation between soil organic matter content and fruit longitudinal diameter.The soil total nitrogen content showed significantly positive correlation with fruit transverse diameter and extremely significantly positive correlation with longitudinal diameter.The soil available phosphorus and available potassium content both were significantly positively correlated with fruit titratable acid.The extremely significantly positively correlations were observed between organic fertilizer input and single fruit weight,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter.The total amount of chemical fertilizer and N input of chemical fertilizer both were negatively correlated with soluble sugar content.The chemical fertilizer(P2O5)input showed extremely significantly negative correlation with the fruit soluble sugar content and sugar-acid ratio of cherry tomato.[Conclusion]The main producing areas of cherry tomato in Hainan should increase the application of organic fertilizer,reduce the application amount of chemical fertilizer,and adjust the ratio of NPK nutrient input in Hainan,which are beneficial to improve the quality of cherry tomato.
