Isolation and Identification of Cd-tolerant Fungi from Rhizosphere Soil of Incarvillea arguta,a Dominant Plant from Coal Waste Pile
[Objective]The Cd-tolerant microorganism was isolated and purified from heavy metal contaminated soil of coal waste pile to provide a reference for further utilization of rhizosphere microorganism remediating Cd-contaminated soil.[Method]The Cd-tolerant strains were isolated and purified using PDA medium containing 50 mg/L Cd from the rhizosphere soil of Incarvillea arguta,a dominant plant from coal waste pile, and then the isolated strains were identified through morphology and molecular methods.[Result]From the rhizosphere soil of I.arguta,a dominant plant from coal waste pile,a total of nine fungal strains were isolated, and they were respectively identified as one strain of Alternaria sp.,one strain of Purpureocillium sp.,two strains of Massarina sp.,one strain of Pestalotiopsis sp.,one strain of Mortierella sp.,one strain of Setophoma sp.,one strain of Podospora sp.and one stain of Fusarium sp..[Conclusion]The rhizosphere soil of dominant plant I.arguta from coal waste pile has abundant Cd-tolerant strain resource.
