[目的]探明不同氮磷钾配比施肥对 1年生中国无忧花(Saraca dives Pierre)幼苗生理特性的影响,为培育中国无忧花幼苗提供理论依据.[方法]以中国无忧花幼苗为试验材料,采用尿素(N)、过磷酸钙(P2O5)、氯化钾(KCl)施肥量的L9(34)正交试验设计,以不施肥处理为对照(CK),分析不同氮磷钾配比施肥中国无忧花幼苗的生理特性.[结果]不同氮磷钾配比施肥处理中国无忧花幼苗叶片POD和SOD酶活性均存在显著差异(P<0.05),POD和SOD酶活性分别为 563.33~823.67 U/[g(FW)·h]和854.41~974.71 U/[g(FW)·h],与CK相比,施肥处理POD、SOD酶活性均有所下降.施肥处理可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均显著高于CK,N2P2K3 处理可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均最高,分别达 3.72%和 3.84%.游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均显著低于CK,施肥条件下N3P2K1 处理的游离脯氨酸含量最高,达 423.31 mg/g,N2P2K3 处理最低,为 125.11 mg/g;N3P1K3 处理的丙二醛含量最高,为 13.66 μmol/g;N2P1K2 处理最低,为 10.33 μmol/g.各光合色素含量均高于CK,其中,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素与CK间差异达显著水平.叶绿素a和总叶绿素含量N3P1K3 处理最高,分别为 2.14 mg/g和 3.07 mg/g,叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量N3P2K1 处理最高,分别为 0.94 mg/g和 0.46 mg/g.POD和SOD酶活性间及各光合色素含量间呈极显著正相关.[结论]不同氮磷钾配比施肥下,中国无忧花幼苗各生理指标均优于未施肥处理,其中,叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量显著高于未施肥处理;随着氮肥量增加,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量均显著高于未施肥处理.合理的钾肥量搭配适量的氮、磷肥更能有效促进中国无忧花幼苗可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖的产生与富集,氮素在中国无忧花幼苗光合色素方面起主导作用.以施用尿素 2g/株、过磷酸钙 1.6 g/株、氯化钾 3g/株处理(N2P2K3)的中国无忧花幼苗生理状况最好.
Effects of NPK Proportional Fertilization on Physiological Characteristics of Saraca dives Seedlings
[Objective]The effects of different fertilization ratios of NPK on the physiological characteristics of one-year-old Saraca divesseedlings were studied,which provided theoretical basis for cultivating S.divesseedlings.[Method]Taking S.dives seedlings as experimental material,the L9(34)orthogonal experiment was conducted through setting different ratios of N,P2O5 and KCl as taking non-fertilization treatment as CK,and then the influence of different fertilization ratios on the physiological characteristics of S.dives seedlings were analyzed.[Result]There were significant differences in POD and SOD enzyme activities of leaves from S.dives seedlings under different N,P and K treatments(P<0.05),with 563.33-823.67 U/[g(FW)·h]of POD enzyme activity and 854.41-974.71 U/[g(FW)·h]of POD enzyme activity.Compared with CK,the POD and SOD enzyme activities under different treatments all decreased.The soluble protein and soluble sugar under different treatments were all higher than CK,and the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar treated with N2P2K3 were the highest with 3.72%and 3.84%,respectively.The free proline and MDA content were both significantly lower than CK,while the free proline of N3P2K1 treatment was the highest(423.31 mg/g)and N2P2K3 was the lowest(125.11 mg/g).The MDA content of N3P1K3 was the highest(13.66 μmol/g)as that of N2P1K2 was the lowest(10.33 μmol/g).The photosynthetic pigments under different treatments were all higher than CK,and chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were significantly different from those of CK.The chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll content under N3P1K3 were both the highest,with 2.14 mg/g and 3.07 mg/g,respectively.The chlorophyll b and carotenoids under N3P2K1 were the highest,with 0.94 mg/g and 0.46 mg/g,respectively.POD and SOD enzyme activities showed extremely significant correlations with photosynthetic pigments.[Conclusion]Under different N,P and K fertilization treatments,the physiological characteristics indexes of S.dives seedlings were all betters than CK,among which the soluble protein and soluble sugar in leaves both were significantly higher than CK.As N increased,chlorophyll and carotenoids content were both higher than CK significantly.K fertilizer combining with appropriate N and P fertilizer could more effectively promote the production and enrichment of soluble protein and soluble sugar in S.dives seedlings.N played a leading role in photosynthetic pigments of S.dives seedlings.The physiological status of S.dives seedlings was the best as treated with 2 g/plant urea,1.6 g/plant P2O5 and 3 g/plant KCl(N2P2K3).
