贵州水稻新品种(组合)产量和稻米品质差异研究

[目的]探明贵州新选育水稻品种(组合)产量和稻米品质差异,为选育与栽培优质丰产水稻新品种提供理论依据.[方法]以G优 325、贵丰优 998、泰丰优 118、兴香优 1101、粒粒优 118、千乡优 100、两优127、泰丰优 111、荃优 118、露优 330、原香优 113、两优 819和两优金竹香 13个水稻新品种(组合)为材料,通过大田比较试验,分析不同水稻新品种(组合)产量及其构成因素、稻米加工与外观品质、营养品质、蒸煮食味品质和稻米淀粉RVA谱特性的差异.[结果]13个水稻新品种(组合)产量为 8.34~12.25 t/hm2,其中,G优 325、贵丰优 998、两优 127、荃优 118和露优 330产量相对较高,主要表现为有效穗数、每穗粒数、结实率和千粒重协同较好.稻米食味品质以G优 325、兴香优 1101、千乡优 100、两优 127和露优 330相对较优,但G优 325、千乡优 100和露优 330的垩白粒率和垩白度相对较高.稻米综合品质以兴香优 1101和两优 127相对更优.[结论]结合产量和稻米品质看,G优 325、两优 127和露优 330为高产优良食味品质品种(组合),且两优127的稻米加工与外观品质较好,可在贵州进一步推广应用.
Differences in Yield and Quality of New Rice Varieties(Combinations)in Guizhou Province
[Objective]The differences in yield and rice quality among new rice varieties(combinations)in Guizhou were explored,which provided the theoretical basis for breeding and cultivating high yield and quality rice varieties.[Method]The differences in yield and its components,rice processing and appearance quality,nutritional quality,cooking and eating quality,and starch RVA profile characteristics of rice among 13 new rice varieties(combinations),including G You 325,Guifengyou 998,Taifengyou 118,Xingxiangyou 1101,Liliyou 118,Qianxiangyou 100,Liangyou 127,Taifengyou 111,Quanyou 118,Luyou 330,Yuanxiangyou 113,Liangyou 819 and Liangyou Jinzhuxiang were studied by the field experiment.[Result]The yield of 13 new rice varieties(combinations)was 8.34-12.25 t/hm2,among which G You 325,Guifengyou 998,Liangyou 127,Quanyou 118,and Luyou 330 had the relatively high grain yield,with the excellent synergistic effect of effective panicle number,the grain number per panicle,setting rate and 1000-grain weight of these new varieties(combinations).The eating quality of G You 325,Xingxiangyou 1101,Qianxiangyou 100,Liangyou 127 and Luyou 330 were relatively better,but G You 325,Qianxiangyou 100 and Luyou 330 had the higher chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree.The comprehensive quality of Xingxiangyou 1101 and Liangyou 127 were more superior.[Conclusion]Considering yield and rice quality,G You 325,Liangyou 127 and Luyou 330 show the higher yield and excellent eating quality,especially Liangyou 127 both has superior processing and appearance quality,which can be further promoted and applied in the local area.
