贵州省兴义市野生药用植物资源多样性与综合价值评价

[目的]探明贵州省兴义市野生药用植物资源的多样性与综合开发利用价值,为当地药用植物资源开发和可持续利用提供参考.[方法]以代表区域-样方调查法结合文献资料分析兴义市野生药用植物资源的多样性和野生重点药用植物的综合开发利用价值.[结果]兴义市野生药用植物有 150科 456属690种,主要由单种科(55科)、小型科(43科)和中型科(34科)组成;以多年生草本植物最多(250种),占该区域物种总种数的 36.23%,灌木(180种)其次,占 26.07%;入药部位以根及根茎类(270种)和全草类(177种)为主,分别占入药总种数的 43.83%和 28.73%;有蕴藏量的药用植物有 18科 24属 26种,野生重点药用植物总蕴藏量约 6 008.64 t,其中,女贞子的蕴藏量最大,其后依次是石韦、豨莶草、千里光、白茅根和首乌藤等.《国家重点保护野生植物名录》收录一级保护植物 4种(银杏、苏铁、红豆杉和水杉),二级保护植物 19种(金钗石斛、闽楠和珍珠矮等),但其中有蕴藏量的只有银杏;综合价值(CVMP)高的物种有银杏、杜仲、厚朴和苍耳子等 8种,CVMP较高的物种有女贞子、石韦、白茅根和首乌藤等 11种.[结论]兴义市野生药用植物资源多样性丰富、综合价值总体较高.建议对综合价值较高的重点品种进行有计划的恢复与利用;加强濒危药材的品种选育,建立基因库和种源基地.
Diversity and Comprehensive Value Evaluation on Wild Medicinal Plant Resource in Xingyi City of Guizhou Province
[Objective]The diversity and comprehensive development and utilization value of wild medicinal plant resource in Xingyi City of Guizhou Province were explored,which provided a reference for the development and sustainable utilization of local medical plant resources.[Method]The diversity of wild medicinal plant resource and comprehensive development and utilization value of wild key medical plants in Xingyi City were analyzed by combining representative area-sample survey methods with documentary data method.[Result]A total of 150 families of wild medicinal plants in Xingyi City,belonging to 690 species and 456 genera,which were mainly composed of single-species family(55 families),micro-sized family(43 families)and medium-sized family(34 families).The perennial herbs took the most(250 species),accounting for 36.23%of the total plant species in the area,followed by shrub(180 species),accounting for 26.07%.The medical parts were mainly root and rhizome(270 species)and total herbs(177 species),accounting for 43.83%and 28.73%of the total medical plants.There were 18 families belonging to 24 genera and 26 species of medicinal plants with potentiality,and the total potentiality of wild key medicinal plants was about 6 008.64 t,among which the potentiality of Ligustrum lucidum was the most,followed by Pyrrosia lingua,Siegesbeckia orientalis,Senecio scandens,Imperata cylindrica and Polygoni multiflori caulis.There were 4 first-class protected plants(Ginkgo biloba,Cycas revoluta,Taxus wallichiana and Metasequoia glyptostroboides)and 19 secondary-class protected plants(Dendrobium nobile,Phoebe bournei and Cymbidium nanulum,etc.)recorded by List of National Key Protected Wild Plant of China,however,only G.biloba had the potentiality.There were 8 species such as G.biloba,Eucommia ulmoides,Houpoea officinalis and Xanthium strumarium with high comprehensive value,while there were 11 species such as L.lucidum,P.lingua,I.cylindrica and P.multiflori caulis with higher CVMP.[Conclusion]The medicinal plant resource has abundant diversity in Xingyi City and the comprehensive value is high.It is suggested that the key varieties with high comprehensive value are restored and utilized in a planned way.In addition,the breeding of endangered medicinal plant should be enhanced,and the gene bank and breeding base should be established at the same time.
