Effects of Formula Fertilization on Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Uptake of Leaves at Different Growth Stages and Yield of Pinellia ternata
[Objective]The effects of formula fertilization on nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption characteristics of leaves at different growth stages and yield of Pinellia ternata were studied, which provided the basis for high-quality and good-yield of P.ternata and the scientific and rational fertilization for P.ternata.[Method]Using the"3414"formula fertilization for soil testing(C1-C14),combined with measuring the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption of P.ternata leaves at different growth stages[first bulbil initiation stage(N1,P1,K1),first bulbil maturity stage(N2,P2,K2),second bulbil initiation stage(N3,P3,K3),and second bulbil maturity stage(N4,P4,K4)],as well as the total yield(Y),the absorption patterns of P.ternata leaves at different stages to nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium under different fertilization treatments and their relationship with yield were studied.[Result]C7(N225P135K120)was beneficial to the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium by the leaves of P.ternata at the first bulbil initiation stage, the first bulbil maturity stage, and the second bulbil maturity stage.C5(N225P45K120)was more conducive to the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium by the leaves at the second bulbil initiation stage of P.ternata.The highest yield combination of P.ternata under formula fertilization was C3(N112.5P90K120)of 13 451.39 kg/hm2.There was a correlation between the yield of P.ternata(Y)and the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in leaves at different stages.Among them, there was a significant positive correlation with P1(0.336)and K1(0.374),a highly significant positive correlation with K2(0.498)and K3(0.480),and a significant negative correlation with N4(-0.313).From the perspective of the second growth cycle of P.ternata, increasing the application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers appropriately and reducing the application of nitrogen fertilizers was more conducive to improving the yield of P.ternata.[Conclusion]There are great differences in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium uptake by P.ternata leaves at different growth stages under formula fertilization treatment. The rational fertilization should be guided to improve the yield of P.ternata according to the characteristics of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorbed by leaves at different growth stages.
