有机锗化合物是人体必需的微量元素之一,具有抗氧化、促进新陈代谢等作用,被广泛应用于医疗领域和膳食补充.无机锗化合物可被植物吸收,在植物组织中富集并转化为有机锗化合物,通过培育富锗植物获取有机锗化合物是获取有机锗的有效途径.综述外源锗在植物中的应用、锗在植物中的分布及代谢、锗对植物的生理作用和植物锗资源的开发利用等方面的研究进展,从植物分子水平上对锗的吸收、转运及分配机理和锗在植物逆境中的生理生化机制等方面进行展望,以期为富锗植物的种植和增强植物的保健功能提供参考.
Research Progress on the Effects of Germanium on Physiological Characteristics of Plants
Organic germanium compounds,with anti-oxidation and promoting metabolism,are one of the essential trace elements for human,which are widely used as medical applications and dietary supplements.Inorganic germanium compounds can be absorbed by plants and further accumulated and transformed into organic germanium compounds in plant tissues.The effective way to obtain organic germanium compounds is to cultivate germanium-enriched plants.In this review,the application of exogenous germanium in plants,its distribution and metabolism in plants,the physiological functions of germanium to plants and the development and utilization of plant germanium resources were reviewed.On the aspect of the molecular level in plants,the absorption,transportation and distribution mechanism of germanium,as well as the physiological and biochemical mechanism of germanium in plants under stress were prospected,which provides reference for the planting of germanium-enriched plants and the promotion of healthcare functions of plants.
