Effects of Tobacco Stem Biochar on Soil Bacterial Communities and Environmental Factors
[Objective]The effects of tobacco stem biochar on the physicochemical properties of tobacco-growing soil and the diversity of rhizosphere soil bacterial communities were clarified to provide the theoretical support for the scientific application of tobacco stem biochar.[Method]Taking conventional fertilization without tobacco stem biochar as the control, the conventional fertilization adding biochar was set up by using indoor pot experiment. After 30 days of transplantation,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to determine the 16S rDNA sequence of rhizosphere soil bacteria, the physicochemical properties and enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil.[Result]Adding biochar could improve the soil physicochemical properties, significantly increase the content of available phosphorus, organic matter, available potassium and hydrolyzed nitrogen in the soil.It could increase the soil enzyme activity, the richness and diversity of soil bacterial communities in the rhizosphere of tobacco plants, and the relative abundance of Proteobacteria,Sphingomonas and Pseudomonas in the soil. The variance decomposition analysis showed that soil available phosphorus content, available potassium and organic matter had great contribution to the soil bacterial community.FAPROTAX functional prediction showed that the relative abundance of photosynthetic autotrophic organisms in soil bacteria increased after applying tobacco stem biochar.[Conclusion]The conventional fertilization adding tobacco stem biochar treatment can improve the soil nutrient and the diversity and abundance of bacterial community, which has the positive effects on regulating microorganism environment of tobacco-planting soil and improving soil quality.
