[目的]探明不同绿肥掩青下增施有机肥对烤烟及土壤性状的影响,为烟田绿肥掩青最佳施用方式提供理论依据.[方法]以云烟 87为试验材料,通过大田裂区试验设计,主处理为绿肥掩青(大麦、油菜和黑麦草),副处理为施肥种类(硝基腐殖酸、蚯蚓粪和生物有机肥),分析不同处理组合对烤烟及土壤特性的影响.[结果]大麦、油菜和黑麦草掩青下,移栽后 30d硝基腐殖酸处理的烤烟株高显著高于生物有机肥处理,土壤细菌显著高于蚯蚓粪、生物有机肥处理;生物有机肥处理的有效磷显著高于蚯蚓粪处理,增幅分别为 7.3%、20.1%和 11.1%.大麦和油菜掩青下,硝基腐殖酸处理烤烟的总干物质量显著高于蚯蚓粪处理,增幅分别为 10.3%和 8.5%.大麦、油菜和黑麦草掩青下,硝基腐殖酸处理烤烟的产量和产值优于蚯蚓粪和生物有机肥处理.[结论]综合烟叶的生产和经济性状,不同绿肥掩青下增施硝基腐殖酸、蚯蚓粪和生物有机肥等肥料能提高烟田土壤养分,促进烤烟生长发育,提高烤烟产量和产值.其中,以大麦掩青增施硝基腐殖酸烤烟的产量和产值最高,分别达2.48 t/hm2 和65667元/hm2,建议在豫南烟区推广施用.
Effects of Adding Organic Fertilizer on Flue-cured Tobacco and Soil Characteristics Under the Condition of Different Embedded Green Manures
[Objective]The effects of adding organic fertilizer on the flue-cured tobacco and soil characteristics under the condition of different embedded green manure were explored,so as to provide theoretical basis for the optimal application method of green manure embedding in tobacco fields.[Method]Using Yunyan 87 as the experimental material,a split plot design was conducted in a field experiment.The main treatment was green manure embedding(barley,rapeseed and ryegrass),and the secondary treatment was fertilizer types(nitrohumic acid,earthworm manure and bio-organic fertilizer),then the effects of different treatment combinations on flue-cured tobacco and soil characteristics were analyzed.[Result]Under the main treatment,the height of plant under nitrohumic acid treatment 30 days after transplantation was significantly higher than that of bio-organic fertilizer treatment,and the bacteria in soil was significantly higher than that of earthworm manure and bio-organic fertilizer treatment.The available phosphorus under bio-organic fertilizer treatment was obviously higher than that of earthworm treatment with the growth rate of 7.3%,20.1%and 11.1%,respectively.Under the barley and rapeseed embedding treatment,the total dry matter yield treated with nitrohumic acid was significantly higher than that of earthworm manure treatment with the growth rate of 10.3%and 8.5%.Under the barley,rapeseed and ryegrass embedding treatment,the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco treated with nitrohumic acid was obviously higher than that of earthworm manure and bio-organic fertilizer treatment.[Conclusion]On the basis of comprehensively considering the production and economic traits of tobacco leaves,applying nitrohumic acid,earthworm manure and biological fertilizer under different treatments of green manure embedding can improve the soil nutrients of tobacco fields,promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and improve the tobacco yield and output value.The best combination is adding nitro humic acid under barley embedding treatment,which has the highest yield(2.48 t/hm2)and output value(65667 Yuan/hm2),and is suggested to be applied in tobacco-planting area of southern Henan.
