我国灰毡毛忍冬的生态适宜性区划研究

[目的]探明影响灰毡毛忍冬生长的生态因子与其地理分布,为其适宜栽培区的选址、规划建设及植物资源的利用提供科学依据.[方法]收集全国 1 242个灰毡毛忍冬分布样点的信息,综合 58个生态因子,利用MaxEnt(最大熵)模型筛选影响灰毡毛忍冬适宜性分布的主导生态因子,结合ArcGIS预测灰毡毛忍冬在全国潜在的适宜分布区.[结果]构建的MaxEnt模型对预测灰毡毛忍冬潜在适宜分布区具有极高的准确度和可信度(AUC=0.971);影响灰毡毛忍冬分布的生态因子按建模贡献率大小包括11月降水量、寒冷指数、5月降水量、土壤类型、海拔、4月降水量、等温线、最干月降水量、坡度、年均温变化范围、9月平均气温、3月降水量、8月平均气温和 10月降水量,其中,主要生态因子是 11月降水量、寒冷指数和 5月降水量,贡献率分别为 35.4%、21.6%和 17.5%;按适宜性综合评价等级分为最适宜区、中适宜区、低适宜区和不适宜区4类,灰毡毛忍冬的潜在分布集中在秦岭以南,包括贵州、重庆、湖南、广西、广东、江西、福建、浙江、台湾和陕西等区域;最适宜分布区包括贵州中部及东部、广西北部、湖南西部和南部小部分地区、湖北西南部、重庆南部、四川东南部及广东北部小部分地区,以及福建、江西、浙江、安徽两两交汇地区.[结论]影响灰毡毛忍冬适宜性分布的主导生态因子是 11月降水量、寒冷指数和 5月降水量,灰毡毛忍冬的潜在分布集中在秦岭以南;最适宜分布区在贵州中部及东部、广西北部、重庆南部,以及福建、江西、浙江、安徽两两交汇地区.
[Objective]The ecological factors affecting the growth of Lonicera macranthoides and its geographical distribution were explored to provide scientific basis for the site selection,planning and construction of suitable cultivation areas and the utilization of plant resources.[Method]The information of 1 242 distribution samples of L.macranthoides in China were collected,and 58 ecological factors were integrated.The MaxEnt(maximum entropy)model was used to screen the dominant ecological factors affecting the suitability distribution of L.macranthoides.Combined with ArcGIS,the potential suitable distribution area of L.macranthoides in China was predicted.[Result]The MaxEnt model had high accuracy and reliability for predicting the potential suitable distribution area of L.macranthoides(AUC=0.971).The ecological factors affecting the distribution of L.macranthoides included precipitation in November,coldness index,precipitation in May,soil type,altitude,precipitation in April,isotherm,precipitation in the driest month,slope,annual average temperature range,average temperature in September,precipitation in March,average temperature in August and precipitation in October.The main ecological factors were precipitation in November,coldness index and precipitation in May,with contribution rates of 35.4%,21.6%and 17.5%,respectively.According to the comprehensive evaluation grade of suitability,it was divided into four categories:the most suitable area,the middle suitable area,the low suitable area and the unsuitable area.The potential distributions of L.macranthoides were concentrated in the south of Qinling Mountains,including Guizhou,Chongqing,Hunan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Jiangxi,Fujian,Zhejiang,Taiwan and Shaanxi.The most suitable distribution areas included central and eastern Guizhou,northern Guangxi,western and a small part of southern Hunan,southwestern Hubei,southern Chongqing,southeastern Sichuan and a small part of northeastern Guangdong,and the intersection of Fujian,Jiangxi,Zhejiang and Anhui.[Conclusion]The dominant ecological factors affecting the suitability distribution of L.macranthoides are the precipitation in November,cold index and precipitation in May.L.macranthoides mainly distributes in the south of Qinling Mountains.The most suitable distribution areas are central and eastern Guizhou,northern Guangxi,southern Chongqing and the intersection of Fujian,Jiangxi,Zhejiang and Anhui.
