Effects of Organic Fertilizers on Sugars and Acids Content and Quality of Mango Fruit
[Objective]The effects of organic fertilizers on sugars and acids content and quality of mango fruit were explored to provide the theoretical basis for improving the quality of mango fruit.[Method]The Mangifera indica cv.Jinhuang(Jinhuangmang)was used as the material,and the field test was carried out during 2020-2022.The effects of five treatments of organic fertilizers,including the conventional fertilization(CK),sheep manure(T1),rapeseed cake organic fertilizer(T2),Feilijia bio-organic fertilizer(T3),Badi biological fermented fertilizer(T4),on sugars and acids content and quality of mango fruits were studied.[Result]Compared with CK,the total sugar and sucrose contents of Jinhuangmang fruit treated with organic fertilizer treatments in the first and second year significantly increased,T1 and T2 treatments significantly increased the glucose and fructose contents in the second year,T3 treatment significantly increased the glucose content in the second year,and T4 treatment significantly increased the glucose and fructose contents in the first and second year.The total acid content under T1 treatment significantly decreased compared with CK in the first and second year,that of T2 treatment was significantly higher than CK in the first year,and had no significant difference in the second year,that of T3 and T4 treatments had no significant difference with CK in the first and second year.The influencing trends of organic fertilizers on citric acid and malic acid were similar with that of total acid.Similar results of sweetness-acid ratio appeared in the first and second year,the sweetness-acid ratio under T1 and T4 treatments increased significantly,that of T2 and T3 treatments had no significant difference with CK.The sugar and acid quality of Jinhuangmang under T1 treatment was the best.[Conclusion]Different organic fertilizers can increase total sugar and different types of sugar contents of Jinhuangmang,among which has significant effect on total sugar and sucrose,while its effects on total acid content are different.The sheep manure has the best quality improvement effect on Jinhuangmang fruit.
