[目的]设计开发江西省自动土壤水分站监测平台,为适应农业气象业务发展需求及满足自动土壤水分观测数据应用需求提供参考.[方法]基于python flask开发平台,采用WebGIS、实时监控、实时告警等技术,设计开发江西省自动土壤水分站监测平台.[结果]江西省自动土壤水分站监测平台实现了观测数据和站点信息叠加地理信息统一展示、站点任意时间段内的数据信息查询与导出、异常站点监控信息自动告警及平台滚动告警等功能,并通过短信平台对接,实现告警信息推送.[结论]江西省自动土壤水分站监测平台有效集观测数据叠加地图展示、站台信息展示、一定时间段内的站点历史观测数据查询与导出、实时监控及信息告警等功能于一体,已在江西省市县3级气象与农业部门广泛应用.
Design and Application of Monitoring Platform for Automatic Soil Moisture Station in Jiangxi Province
[Objective]A monitoring platform for automatic soil moisture station in Jiangxi Province was designed and developed,which provided a reference for meeting the development needs of agricultural meteorological services and applying the observation data of automatic soil moisture.[Method]Based on the python flask development platform,the technologies such as WebGIS,real-time monitoring,and real-time alerts were adopted to design and develop a monitoring platform for automatic soil moisture station in Jiangxi Province.[Result]The monitoring platform for automatic soil moisture station in Jiangxi Province had achieved functions such as unified display of observation data and station information overlaid with geographic information,query and export of data information at any time point of the station,automatic alarm and platform rolling alarm of abnormal station monitoring information.It was also connected to the SMS platform to push alarm information.[Conclusion]The monitoring platform for automatic soil moisture station in Jiangxi Province has integrated observation data overlaid with map display,station information display,historical observation data query and export within a certain period of time,real-time monitoring and alarm information push and other functions,which has been widely used in the meteorological and agricultural departments at the provincial,municipal,and county levels in Jiangxi Province.
