Construction of Real-time Observational Operation System in Mountainous Areas Based on Multi-source Data Fusion
This paper explores and implements the construction of a mountainous real-time observational operation system based on multi-source data fusion, aiming to enhance monitoring, early warning, and disaster response capabilities in mountainous regions.Firstly,we analyze the geographical environment, meteorological conditions, and characteristics of natural disasters faced by mountainous areas, and emphasize the urgency of constructing a comprehensive, accurate, and real-time mountainous observational operation system.Secondly, based on the analysis of the current development status of observational operations,it is clarified that Guizhou Province should focus on integrating the latest local observation data and directing efforts towards the construction of real-time products that are spatially continuous, temporally accurate,variable-coordinated,and of reliable quality.Subsequently,we introduce the technical roadmap for the practical construction of the mountainous observational operation system, including key steps such as data collection, transmission, processing, visualization, and comprehensive process monitoring, along with technological innovations and method improvements at each stage.Specifically,we highlight the significance of data fusion in enhancing information accuracy and timeliness. Finally,we emphasize the need to address key issues when providing targeted observation product services for major services, key industries, and important regions,to enhance the effectiveness of disaster monitoring and prevention in mountainous areas. The research outcomes of this paper can provide insights and methods for the construction of observational operation system in mountainous regions, and contribute to the improvement of disaster management in mountainous areas.
