Design and Implementation of DingTalk OA Approval System for Meteorological Department in Qianxinan Prefecture
Aiming to improve the office efficiency of the meteorological department in Qiannan Prefecture,reduce approval time,and achieve paperless,information-based and intelligent approval processes,this article creates an organizational structure for the Qianxinan Prefecture Meteorological Office through DingTalk management backend.Under this structure,various OA approval forms,such as vehicle management,material procurement,contract management,and leave requests at the prefecture and county levels,are constructed based on the needs of each work unit.The results show that the OA approval system can optimize the workflow and save a lot of approval time.The frequency of using various approval forms is gradually increasing.Therefore,building a DingTalk OA approval system can significantly improve the office efficiency of meteorological departments,and this is of great significance for their work.
