Study on Mechanism of Anti-drug Social Work Participating in Community Governance
The foundation of the modernization of State governance is community governance.In the vast grass-roots social field and community governance space,social work is a beneficiary,a participant and an actor.Anti-drug social work is an important part of social work and has an important role to play in participating in community governance,but there are still real dilemmas such as inadequate mechanisms,imperfect platforms and low governance capacity.Under the guidance of the"five societies in action"framework,a new mechanism has been constructed for the participation of anti-drug social work in community governance,with the community as the platform,anti-drug social workers as the support,anti-drug social organizations as the carrier,community anti-drug volunteers as the auxiliary,and community philanthropic resources as the supplement,so as to assist in modernizing the grass-roots governance system and the capacity to govern.
