C学院现代物流管理专业校企合作"新零售"实践教学基地建设探究

当前,高职院校校企合作共建实践教学基地过程中还存在着企业参与积极性不够、难从校企合作中直接获利、政策支持不完善等问题.通过分析C学院现代物流管理专业与R零售连锁集团之间校企合作"新零售"实践教学基地的建设,归纳了两者合作的途径主要包括:构建组织结构、建立运行规则、打造师资队伍、丰富实践形式、共同申报科研项目等.并在此基础上,提出了推进校企合作共建实践教学基地工作的建议:找到校企双方的合作契合点;提供政策支持;建立合作效果评价体系.
Exploring the Construction of Practice Teaching Base of"New Retail"in Schoo-Enterprise Cooperation of Modern Logistics Management Major in College C
At present,there are still problems in the process of cooperative construction of practical teaching bases between vocational colleges and enterprises,such as insufficient participation of enterprises,difficulty in directly profiting from school enterprise cooperation,and incomplete policy support.By analyzing the construction of the"New Retail"practical teaching base for school enterprise cooperation between the Modern Logistics Management major of College C and Retail Chain Group R,it is summarized that the main ways for the two to cooperate include:building organizational structure,establishing operating rules,building a teaching staff,enriching practical forms,and jointly applying for scientific research projects.On this basis,suggestions were put forward to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises in building practical teaching bases:to find the cooperation points between schools and enterprises,to provide policy support and to establish a collaborative evaluation system.
