Study on the Influence of Family Factors on College Graduates'Career Choices and Exploration of Countermeasures
In order to provide college graduates with accurate,scientific and effective guidance on choosing careers,this paper uses a questionnaire survey to analyze how family factors will influence their career choices.It is concluded that family expectations are generally in favour of decent and stable jobs;families are increasingly more respectful of their children's personal choices of careers;the social environment shows a relieved employment burden on college graduates andthe expectation of employmentis generally for fewer constraints.According to the study,the following countermeasures are suggested:keeping pace with the times through constant self-improvement on the side of the college graduates and establishing a good home-school interaction;granting priority to development strategy of employment and putting employment first before further job selection;encouraging and supporting the healthy and all-round development of students and respecting their natural dispositions.In this way,there would be a closer link between family and school with a higher level of cooperation,eventually offering better employment guidance for college graduates.
