A Study on Emotional Experience and Influencing Factors in Second Language Oral Production from the Perspective of Positive Psychology
From the perspective of Positive Psychology, this study employs both quantitative and qualitative research methods to investigate the levels of foreign language enjoyment(FLE)and foreign language anxiety(FLA),as well as their influencing factors in second language(L2)oral production among English language learners in higher vocational colleges and universities. The empirical results indicate that students experience a moderate level of FLE and a high level of FLA,with FLA being significantly higher than FLE.FLE is primarily influenced by external factors, while FLA is mainly affected by internal factors. This study provides insights into the emotional characteristics of L2 learners and has important pedagogical implications for L2 teaching practices, particularly in oral instruction.
