实践共同体视域下社区教育工作者学习能力提升探究

社区教育是构建全民终身学习体系,推动学习型社会、学习型大国建设的重要力量.社区教育工作者作为从事社区教育工作的专业人员,其学习能力的提升,与社区教育工作者队伍建设和社区教育整体水平的提高紧密相关.近年来,社区教育实践共同体建设已成为促进社区教育工作者学习能力提升的重要选择,有利于促进社区教育工作者实践性知识的习得,提升社区教育工作者的合作学习与经验共享水平,深化社区教育工作者的身份认同.为此,从实践共同体角度出发,提出提升社区教育工作者学习能力的有效路径:强化意识,营造社区教育工作者共同愿景的学习氛围;统筹资源,打造复合型社区教育群体学习平台;优化培训,探索社区教育学习成果的共享智库建设.
Exploring the Enhancement of Learning Ability of Community Education Workers from the Perspective of Community of Practice
Community education is an important force to build a lifelong learning system and promote the construction of a learning-oriented society and a learning-oriented power.As a professional engaged in community education,the improvement of community education workers'learning ability is closely related to the construction of community education workers'team and the improvement of the overall level of community education.In recent years,the construction of community education practice community has become an important choice to promote the improvement of learning ability of community education workers,which is conducive to promoting the acquisition of practical knowledge,improving the level of cooperative learning and experience sharing of community education workers,and deepening the identity of community education workers.Therefore,from the perspective of the community of practice,the effective ways to enhance the learning ability of community education workers are as follows:strengthen the consciousness and create the learning atmosphere of the common vision of community education workers;coordinate resources to build a composite learning platform for community education groups;optimize training and explore the construction of shared repertoire that share the learning results of community education.
