Intrinsic Logic and Path of"Village-to-Residence"Community-based Elderly Care Services——Based on the Perspective of Developmental Social Policies
Driven by the dual factors of urbanization and aging,the number of elderly people in the"village-to-residence"community is increasing.How to improve the quality of old-age care services for the elderly in this special area,so as to protect their legitimate rights and interests is the proper meaning of economic and social development.From the perspective of development-oriented social policies,the home-based care services in"village-to-residence"communities face challenges such as mismatched supply and demand,lack of talent,funding gaps,and a singular focus.Through top-level design and resource integration,the functionalization of home-based care services in"village-to-residence"communities can be advanced.Similarly,government guidance and social participation can promote the socialization of home care services in these communities.Furthermore,skill training and talent development can drive the professionalization of home care services in"village-to-residence"areas.The proposal of a new path for home care services in"village-to-residence"communities emphasizes technological empowerment,paradigm shifts,and the enhancement of service quality.
