Research on the Optimization of Resource Allocation for Elderly Education from the Perspective of Supply and Demand Dynamic Balance
The dynamic balance of supply and demand is the objective process and necessary condition of the development of things,and it is also an important goal,important driving force and historical trend of the optimization of the allocation of educational resources for the elderly.With the rapid development of population aging,there are obvious imbalances in the quantity,structure and quality of supply and demand of educational resources for the elderly in China.Based on the theory of dynamic balance,it is proposed that the optimization of the allocation of educational resources for the elderly should strengthen the awareness of dynamic balance between supply and demand,deepen the supply-side reform,continuously optimize the quantity and structure of supply and demand balance,improve the quality and effectiveness of supply and demand balance,and stimulate the vitality of dynamic balance.
