Volunteering,as a form of prosocial behavior,holds significant social value and is a key indicator of the progress of contemporary societal civilization.International research primarily focuses on three aspects:volunteer services at sports events,the cultivation of volunteerism,and the management of volunteer services.Domestic research delves into the diverse functions of volunteer services,innovative construction models,and behavioral cultivation pathways,with a particular emphasis on the incentive mechanisms and cultivation models for university student volunteers.Future research should propose theoretical frameworks suited to China's national conditions,with a focus on adolescents.By using top-level design,scientific guidance can be provided to promote youth volunteerism.Additionally,interdisciplinary integration should explore the social and psychological mechanisms underlying volunteer behaviors,and the advantages of widespread AI applications,diverse scenarios,and personalization should be leveraged to actively conduct social experiments on volunteerism and explore a Chinese path to intelligent social governance.
