就业优先政策下创新创业教育对大学生就业和创业意愿影响的路径研究——基于全国170764份数据的实证调查

近年来,高校毕业生的就业难度持续增大,同时面临着总量压力和结构性失业风险.数据分析结果显示:通过平行中介效应分析,课程和教师能够通过增加大学生实践经历,提高大学生就业创业的意愿,其中实践经历是教师到意愿的中介变量,是课程到意愿的遮掩变量.根据数据分析结果,提出建议:以就业优先政策为风向标,抓稳就业优先的理念,构建先就业、后创业的路径;应用跨学科教育方法,开发创新创业优质特色课程;改良创业实践的功能,重塑实践教育中的教师角色;构造鼓励创业的环境,激发学生就业创业的持续意愿.
Research on the Influence Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education on College Students'Employment and Entrepreneurial Intentions Under the Priority Employment Policy——Based on Empirical Survey Data from 170,764 Respondents Nationwide
In recent years,the employment difficulty of college graduates has continued to increase,while facing overall pressure and structural unemployment risks.The reason behind this is that the current university education system has not yet cultivated students with good innovation and practical abilities,and they avoid employment problems in various forms of"slow employment"after graduation.Therefore,we should take the employment priority policy as a benchmark,grasp the concept of stabilizing employment priority,and build a path of employment first and entrepreneurship later;apply interdisciplinary education methods to develop high-quality and distinctive courses for innovation and entrepreneurship;improve the function of entrepreneurial practice and reshape the role of teachers in practical education;construct an environment that encourages entrepreneurship and stimulates students'sustained willingness to work and start businesses in order to cultivate creative talents with interdisciplinary backgrounds,achieve high-quality employment for college graduates,and meet the needs of future economic and social development in China.
