The Construction and Empirical Study of the Evaluation Index System of Teachers'Digital Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges
Teachers in higher vocational colleges play a crucial role in the digital transformation of vocational education.A scientific assessment of teachers'digital capabilities is essential for fostering teaching innovation,enhancing the quality of digital teaching,and building an efficient vocational education system.This research,based on the TPACK concept,utilized literature research,the Delphi method,and the analytic hierarchy process.The study constructed an evaluation index system for teachers'digital abilities in higher vocational colleges,encompassing digital cognitive ability,digital technical ability,digital application ability,and digital improvement ability.An empirical study on the evaluation of teachers'digital abilities within teaching contest teams in Jiangsu province revealed that while the overall level of teachers'digital abilities is high,there exists unbalanced development among teams and dimensions.To enhance teachers'digitization abilities in teaching,it is recommended that higher vocational colleges focus on improving policy guidance,skills consolidation,and standard establishment.
