校企合作双元教师团队模块化教学模式探索与实践——以"建筑工程计量与计价"课程为例

推进校企合作是高职院校高质量发展的必要举措.模块化教学可以为学生提供专业化、精准化的学习内容,帮助学生成长为能够满足相应行业需求的高技能人才.基于校企合作共建双元教师团队,通过明确角色定位与职责分工、构建模块内容与课程体系、强化资源共享与高效利用、注重动态评估与实时反馈等策略可以优化模块化教学.以"建筑工程计量与计价"课程为例,通过课程规划、课程配置、课程内容、课程评价的全面改革,实现了教育内容与行业需求的深度整合,形成了基于校企双元教师团队的模块化课程教学典型范式,为培养高技能人才、推动高质量发展提供参考.
Exploration and Practice of Modular Teaching Model of Schoo-Enterprise Cooperation Dual-Qualified Teacher Team——Taking"Architectural Engineering Measurement and Pricing"Course as an Example
Promoting school enterprise cooperation is a necessary measure for the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Modular teaching can provide students with specialized and precise learning content,helping them grow into high skilled talents who can meet the needs of the corresponding industry.Based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises,a dual-qualified teacher team can be established.By clarifying role positioning and division of responsibilities,constructing module content and curriculum system,strengthening resource sharing and efficient utilization,and emphasizing dynamic evaluation and real-time feedback,modular teaching can be optimized.Taking Architectural Engineering Measurement and Pricingcourse as an example,through comprehensive reforms in course planning,course configuration,course content,and course evaluation,the deep integration of educational content and industry demand has been achieved,forming a typical paradigm of modular course teaching based on the dual-qualified teacher team of schools and enterprises,providing reference for cultivating high skilled talents and promoting high-quality development.
