Exploration of Micro-diagnostic Reform Practice for Newly Established Professional Courses in Higher Vocational Education——Taking Community Public Opinion Management and New Media Operation as an Example
Course diagnosis and reform with the independent participation of teachers and students is a fundamental guarantee for the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and a key factor in ensuring educational quality.Problem-oriented and centered on student learning,a circular, iterative micro-spiral diagnosis model is proposed, consisting of problem identification, scheme planning, implementation, and effect feedback. This model provides a systematic approach for the independent micro-diagnosis reform of teachers and students in new professional compulsory courses.Teachers engage in independent teaching reflection, while students participate in classroom and course diagnosis surveys. The integration of community public sentiment management and new media operation further contributes to the micro-diagnosis and reform of courses and projects.Based on this feedback, teaching arrangements, project designs, and curriculum standards are adjusted to optimize course content, enhance teaching relevance and effectiveness, and ultimately improve curriculum quality and talent training outcomes.
