Construction and Development of Community Sports Volunteer Service System Based on College Sports Guarantees
With the increasing popularity of community sports activities and the improvement of residents'health awareness,community sports volunteer services have become an important force in promoting the development of community sports.With the support of university sports,building and developing an effective community sports volunteer service system can help solve the problem of insufficient human resources in community sports and promote the vigorous development of these activities.By analyzing the advantages of university sports resources,as well as the management,training,and incentive mechanisms of the volunteer service system,this study provides references for establishing and improving China's community sports volunteer service system.
