Nutritional Value and Health Function of Mulberry Wine
The contents of vitamins, amino acids and mineral in mulberry wine which fermented by mulberry juice was determinate and analyzed. Results indicated that the mulberry wine retains the original rich nutrients, which can be easily absorbed by the human body with high nutritional value. On the basis of the mechanism of nutrients supplied by mulberry wine affected on the body organization and structure, the medicinal value and health function of mulberry wine were described. Mulberry wine had great significance in improving the body physiological function, strengthening immune system function and maintaining good health.
