体教融合背景下我国竞技体育后备人才培养转型发展动力研究

将竞技体育后备人才培养纳入国民教育体系是体教融合战略发展的重要举措。运用文献资料法、社会调查法、逻辑分析法等对我国竞技体育后备人才培养转型发展动力进行研究。研究发现:竞技体育后备人才培养动力结构包括动力主体、动力运作过程与手段、动力运行目标;表现出动力源错位、动力分配与转化存在困难、动力监控与评价标准缺失、动力运行目标管理思维存在差异等动力困境;新时期应加强中观层次动力主体建设,建立健全各项机制,建立科学的动力监控与评价体系,调整管理思维、使动力运行目标趋于一致,从而达到为竞技体育后备人才培养提供适度动力的目的。
Research on the Transformation and Development Motivation of Competitive Sports Reserve Talent Training in China under the Background of Integration Sports and Education
It is an important measure for the strategic development of sports and education integration to bring the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents into the national education system.By using the methods of literature,social investigation and logical analysis to study the development impetus of the transformation of the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents in China.The research found that the structure of motive force for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports includes the main body of motive force,the process and means of motive force operation,and the goal of motive force operation;It shows power source dislocation,difficulties in power distribution and transformation,lack of power monitoring and evaluation standards,and differences in power operation target management thinking;In the new era,we should strengthen the construction of the power subject at the middle level,establish and improve various mechanisms,establish a scientific power monitoring and evaluation system,adjust the management thinking,and make the power operation objectives consistent,so as to achieve the purpose of providing appropriate power for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports.
