Using the methods of literature review,logical analysis,content text analysis,and social network analysis,this paper explores the network structure of modernization in the development and governance of China's football industry,points out the current practical difficulties in the modernization of development and governance of China's football industry,and proposes relief strategies.Research suggests that the network structure of modernization in the development and governance of China's football industry presents basic characteristics of diverse governance subjects,prominent autonomy and rule of law in governance content,and rigid governance tools with flexibility as a supplement.Realistic dilemma:The authority of the Chinese Football Association is vague,and the autonomous ability is weak;The football governance field is closed and cross departmental cooperation is difficult;The operation of the Chinese Super League is not smooth,and market governance is hindered;The governance of grassroots social football lags behind,and the governance efficiency is low;Lack of football regulatory mechanism and misconduct of the main body.Relief strategy:Clarify governance authority and enhance the legal autonomy of the Chinese Football Association;Strengthen departmental cooperation and create integrated football governance;Innovate the operation of the league market and build a diversified governance system;The focus of football governance has been shifted downwards to promote coordination and linkage between the upper and lower levels;Establish a normalized regulatory mechanism to regulate the behavior of football governance entities.
